I went there for two simple things well actually three the first one was a few weeks ago and needed a bigger seal on my hardcover on the back, but of course you don’t have one and can accommodate your customers with one and then the configuration of the turn signal on this Chevy Colorado trail. Boss sucks. Every time you go to turn right, you bump the windshield wipers and spray solution all over your freshly washed truck not a good thought on that configuration and then The seals around the left side. Driver door are already coming off and it’s only been a month or month and a half since I bought itand the paint on it is the most worthless paint job and will scratch so easily. I’m afraid to go off Roading with it and sometimes the truck doesn’t recognize the key when it’s in the truck it tells me no key found.

My car was supposed to be serviced on May 1st at 3pm. Upon diagnostic, they confirmed my fuel pump needed replaced, which I already knew. They told me they needed to order the part and it would arrive on Monday, and they would be done by Tuesday. (So 6 days max counting weekend days). This was great! Except it did not get done that Tuesday. In fact, it took SIXTEEN freaking days to get my car back and $2k. I had my car back for 24 hours before it AGAIN went into limp mode on the highway. I commute for my job with my 3 children (ages 6 months-5 years old). Going into limp mode on the highway with my children in the backseat after having to go without my vehicle for 16 days due to a FUEL PUMP is insane. Insurance won’t even provide rentals for that long. Upon reading reviews this is common practice.

Dropped my car off at 9:30 AM on a Monday and didn’t get it back until Wednesday morning. Hardly had any communication regarding what was going on with my car as well. Very frustrating experience and I likely will not return to the dealership in Pueblo anymore. Believe I should not have had to pay a diagnostic fee at all. The technician didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know. Waste of $200.

In June 2025, I took my 2023 Chevy Bolt in for the 30,000 service. I requested an alignment, as the car was pulling to the right when the steering wheel was straight. I picked up my car later in the afternoon. The alignment was not completed and the car continued to pull to the right. I took my car back in July 2025 for an SD Card reader error. I asked that the alignment be completed, as it hadn't the first time. I picked up my car 2 days later. The SD Card was corrected, but the alignment was not completed, again. I asked the service department to simply take a 30 second ride with me so I could show what the car was doing. I was told to wait until the service manager came in. I waited 25 minutes, then finally left. No one checked on me while I waited. Unfortunately, my car is still not aligned. I am very disappointed in the service at Spradley Chevrolet.

Not sure you can call yourself a service center. Slow service and no availability for service appointments. Not sure I really needed an alignment, but I approved it anyway. My car is only 18 months old and shouldn't really have needed one. I'm sure it's just a way for the dealership to make unnecessary work and money. I used my second 'free' oil change for my car, but I don't think I'll be back. If I ever need to purchase another car, I won't be going here.

I dropped it off on a Monday. Did not hear anything until Friday at 5 o’clock. Was told the repair would be $9500 for a battery section replacement. (FYI the sections are pretty much non existent from Chevy). On Monday I called and had some questions. Obviously I made sure some of the service was done. They said yes the oil change that was due was done. I asked them to reset the code to see if it would set it again the zero knowledgable about the complicated volt said they couldn’t. When I got ready to pick it up, I was told they hadn’t done the oil change yet. A quick Google search and a call to another volt tech gave me several other ideas of what this problem could be. The time in the store was slow, waiting for the tech to get the paperwork done but I was told the car was ready. Went to the car used the advice that the tech that I called at another store and was able to reset the codes in the car is working fine. I needed an oil change and needed coolant in the battery reservoir. $9500!!!! Paying $270 for an oil change and a tech to read a code and give wrong information is sad.

I live in Trinidad, 120 miles from you. I made a 10:00 am appointment for service, and arrived at 9:30 am. I was told my appointment would not be honored and it was now first come, first served. I was also told that my vehicle might not be looked at until 4:00 pm. Fortunately Randy, my salesman intervened, and I was moved up in the scheduling. However, it was still a two hour wait for a LOF and rotate. So tell me why I should make an appointment if you won't honor it, and more importantly why should I continue to be a customer?

The wait was a bit lengthy for an oil change. The service center waiting area is shabby looking--furniture should have been replaced before it got into such gross condition. Mini fridge was empty, eventually got stocked before I left but everything was warm. Yes, there was coffee, but some of us don't drink coffee. I'm sure that Spradley doesn't mean to convey a lack of respect for customers by the condition of the waiting area, but it's not what one expects at a dealership. Maybe at the local small town garage, but not a dealership.

It took over 7.5 hours to complete an oil change and fluid fluid on my 2023 2500 HD. When I went to pick up my truck the diesel tech forgot to plug my transmission line back in. Drove my truck down the block and realized something was off. If there is any future damage to my transmission I expect Spradley to cover it.

I came in for an oil change and rotation. It took over 2 hours for this service. When I came in, all 4 of my tpms sensors were working. When I pulled out, my display said service tire pressure monitor system. I went back and the service manager had someone try to address the issue. Somehow, ALL of my tpms sensors now need replaced when they were all working when I arrived.

Technician stated on my invoice that I needed to replace my air filter soon. I had just replaced it PRIOR to driving to get my oil changed, so that tells me that the technician simply “pencil whipped” the paperwork. Didn’t even check it but says it needs “attention”. Also said my washer fluid was OK, again that was not checked either as I knew it needed to be filled. Had to speak with Service Manager to get this addressed.

When I first arrived it was discussed that if what they find, is under warranty, they'd wave the dio fee. Never once said if they found under warranty and other things not id be responsible. They said we will call before any work. We'll they called at COB on Monday, said oh he ran the codes and seen the other stored as mentioned. Didn't hear nothing back for two days. I called the service rep left voicemail, nothing, called the next day to service manager, nothing. So basically my truck was there for 2 more days with no update. Finally called back Thursday and mentioned what they found and I would have to pay the 400 for dio. They said they will cut it in half and check with mechanic. He called close to Cob Friday and said the truck was done. When I arrived the original service tech wasn't there and they other guy helping couldnt find my ticket for about 10 minutes. He had to call the other to see where it is. Still charged me 200 for the dio. I get how the other stuff that was found and mentioned when dropping it off but none of thay was ever discussed about paying half it the other stuff wasn't under warranty. The tech also never put a plastic matt and left salt stains in the truck from it snowing that day as well.

Our sales rep was Joel and I laid down a few ground rules before we got started. I didn’t want high pressure. I didn’t want to be held hostage. I didn’t wanna spend all day at the dealership…. He had everything ready when I arrived and I spent less than an hour and a half at the dealership. Very pleasant experience and I felt like I got the best deal in the tri-state area. Job well done.

It started off a little rocky. The online appointment maker doesn't correspond to the in-house calendar. That's a real problem. So when I dropped my car off that Saturday, there was no diagnostic tech on shift. The online portal didn't prompt me or anything. In the service department, Isaac did his best to explain, but a real problem exists inside of that. Isaac told me he was off Monday and would be back Tuesday. I called Tuesday and Isaac was out sick. I called Wednesday and nothing had been done with my car yet. I was told that perhaps Wednesday it would be looked at. I didn't hear anything by end of day on Wednesday, nothing Thursday, and on Friday I was in the area so I stopped in to check. My car still hadn't been looked at. I was hot! I asked how this would make them feel if it were reversed. I left. An hour or so later and Isaac called to tell me that the Tech needed more time to diagnose and my bill was going up to $600. That didn't sit well. I told him we are going to have to talk about some sort of discount or something for the inconveniences I've been handed. Two and a half hours later Isaac called and said my car was ready. They had diagnosed and fixed the problem. I went down to pick up my car with my wife. Isaac walked us outside and he took full responsibility for the issues with this, the lack of communication, and he apologized. I did get a discount on my car and only paid $420 for it all. The only reason I rated this a 4-Star transaction was because of the ownership Isaac took and the responsibility he claimed was his. That was a big move and I was relieved to have someone do that. I told him I was proud of him for doing so and it is a reason I would do business with Spradley again.

I had an appointment at 7:30 in the morning to have my vehicle serviced. I was told that they would get me in asap they had a few things going on. 3 hours later I got my vehicle back. I drove 45 miles to get this done. There was 3 other people that came in after me and they left way before I did. The advisor was more interested in the 3 younger girls on getting them done. Issac Johnson needs to pay attention to his job. Whoever changed the oil left greasy hand prints on the left door panel and steering wheel. They didn't change the dash back to the way it was. I had to go back in to have them reset it. The driver seat was all of the way back. The advisor kind of didn't care about anything after I got into it with him just sat on it. Very unprofessional. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. I know this doesn't give me priority but give me a break. This vehicle only has 13k miles and I take care of my vehicles. I don't get mad easily but they took me to my limit

Well, I must say i'm disappointed my drain PAN plug from my oil. Apparently, it was stripped and there are replaced it with another one and then charged me for it. But the only place I go to get my oil changes is to you guys which tells me it happened there.And then you replaced it.And then charged me for it. And then, when you guys called me the other day to ask me how it went. I told him about it.And the act like nothing had happened
