The wait was a bit lengthy for an oil change. The service center waiting area is shabby looking--furniture should have been replaced before it got into such gross condition. Mini fridge was empty, eventually got stocked before I left but everything was warm. Yes, there was coffee, but some of us don't drink coffee. I'm sure that Spradley doesn't mean to convey a lack of respect for customers by the condition of the waiting area, but it's not what one expects at a dealership. Maybe at the local small town garage, but not a dealership.

Overall Louis was very good. We mainly had a pleasant experience. The only negative was a quote to me from Louis that the loan APR would be 4.99%. When we sat down to do the paperwork Mike said it was 5.99%. Didn't care for that discrepancy at all.

Nothing more to tell. Made an appointment, dropped my car off and took the shuttle to the Mall while service was being completed. Received a call when service was completed and then the shuttle came and picked me up and took me back to the service area of Spradley Chevrolet.

I had an 8:00AM appointment for an oil change and it took nearly two and a half hours. No other service was done, just an oil change. That timeframe, having made an appointment over a week in advance, is just unacceptable. I would've appreciated communication that this service may take an exorbitant amount of time before committing to bringing my vehicle here. I will not be returning.

Was the most amazing thing experienced when Ken Putnam was appointed as the point of contact for maintenance issues and oil changes. He is very professional and should have been in his position a long time ago. Will continue to have all my vehicles serviced here. Thank you

I came in for an oil change and rotation. It took over 2 hours for this service. When I came in, all 4 of my tpms sensors were working. When I pulled out, my display said service tire pressure monitor system. I went back and the service manager had someone try to address the issue. Somehow, ALL of my tpms sensors now need replaced when they were all working when I arrived.

I set appointment only to be told 5 cars were ahead of me and basically told i had to wait my turn. So what is the point in setting appointments?

I live in Trinidad, 120 miles from you. I made a 10:00 am appointment for service, and arrived at 9:30 am. I was told my appointment would not be honored and it was now first come, first served. I was also told that my vehicle might not be looked at until 4:00 pm. Fortunately Randy, my salesman intervened, and I was moved up in the scheduling. However, it was still a two hour wait for a LOF and rotate. So tell me why I should make an appointment if you won't honor it, and more importantly why should I continue to be a customer?

Although service expedited solving the problem, the Stabitrac still comes on by itself and then sends a shock through the transmission. This problem still needs a solution. Thanks DJMAUL

Very friendly people

Technician stated on my invoice that I needed to replace my air filter soon. I had just replaced it PRIOR to driving to get my oil changed, so that tells me that the technician simply “pencil whipped” the paperwork. Didn’t even check it but says it needs “attention”. Also said my washer fluid was OK, again that was not checked either as I knew it needed to be filled. Had to speak with Service Manager to get this addressed.

I’m always kept informed about the status of my truck, notified of costs in advance, and made aware of any additional issues that may arise. Everything was great. The salesperson, Mari, was extremely helpful throughout the process. There was never a feeling of any pressure. She showed me several options without rushing. She was knowledgeable about the vehicles and looked into any questions that I had.

It started off a little rocky. The online appointment maker doesn't correspond to the in-house calendar. That's a real problem. So when I dropped my car off that Saturday, there was no diagnostic tech on shift. The online portal didn't prompt me or anything. In the service department, Isaac did his best to explain, but a real problem exists inside of that. Isaac told me he was off Monday and would be back Tuesday. I called Tuesday and Isaac was out sick. I called Wednesday and nothing had been done with my car yet. I was told that perhaps Wednesday it would be looked at. I didn't hear anything by end of day on Wednesday, nothing Thursday, and on Friday I was in the area so I stopped in to check. My car still hadn't been looked at. I was hot! I asked how this would make them feel if it were reversed. I left. An hour or so later and Isaac called to tell me that the Tech needed more time to diagnose and my bill was going up to $600. That didn't sit well. I told him we are going to have to talk about some sort of discount or something for the inconveniences I've been handed. Two and a half hours later Isaac called and said my car was ready. They had diagnosed and fixed the problem. I went down to pick up my car with my wife. Isaac walked us outside and he took full responsibility for the issues with this, the lack of communication, and he apologized. I did get a discount on my car and only paid $420 for it all. The only reason I rated this a 4-Star transaction was because of the ownership Isaac took and the responsibility he claimed was his. That was a big move and I was relieved to have someone do that. I told him I was proud of him for doing so and it is a reason I would do business with Spradley again.

Well, I must say i'm disappointed my drain PAN plug from my oil. Apparently, it was stripped and there are replaced it with another one and then charged me for it. But the only place I go to get my oil changes is to you guys which tells me it happened there.And then you replaced it.And then charged me for it. And then, when you guys called me the other day to ask me how it went. I told him about it.And the act like nothing had happened

Issac did a great job with the check in /out process. Everything was taken care of and communication was top notch.

When I first arrived it was discussed that if what they find, is under warranty, they'd wave the dio fee. Never once said if they found under warranty and other things not id be responsible. They said we will call before any work. We'll they called at COB on Monday, said oh he ran the codes and seen the other stored as mentioned. Didn't hear nothing back for two days. I called the service rep left voicemail, nothing, called the next day to service manager, nothing. So basically my truck was there for 2 more days with no update. Finally called back Thursday and mentioned what they found and I would have to pay the 400 for dio. They said they will cut it in half and check with mechanic. He called close to Cob Friday and said the truck was done. When I arrived the original service tech wasn't there and they other guy helping couldnt find my ticket for about 10 minutes. He had to call the other to see where it is. Still charged me 200 for the dio. I get how the other stuff that was found and mentioned when dropping it off but none of thay was ever discussed about paying half it the other stuff wasn't under warranty. The tech also never put a plastic matt and left salt stains in the truck from it snowing that day as well.

Fast and efficient service with great customer service

They changed from no appointments for oil changes to appointments, but I didn't know that. They got me in right away anyway. That was greatly appreciated, and I'm glad they are now doing appointments. The wait time will be much shorter.

It was a good support from the dealer team during my buying process

They did replace a few things they thought was causing false engine temperature readings but the initial problem still exists with the temperature gauge bouncing after driving it awhile after leaving the shop.

Took truck in to get popping noise resolved mechanic tightened a nut on control arm charged me 200 dollars on my way home noticed steering was off called dealership told me I had to pay again for alignment which was fine before

Working with Matt was simple and easy. We are having issues with CarPlay in our infotainment system and even though they couldn’t figure it out and the problem did not show itself during Spradley’s possession of the vehicle, Matt still took care of me.

I had an appointment at 7:30 in the morning to have my vehicle serviced. I was told that they would get me in asap they had a few things going on. 3 hours later I got my vehicle back. I drove 45 miles to get this done. There was 3 other people that came in after me and they left way before I did. The advisor was more interested in the 3 younger girls on getting them done. Issac Johnson needs to pay attention to his job. Whoever changed the oil left greasy hand prints on the left door panel and steering wheel. They didn't change the dash back to the way it was. I had to go back in to have them reset it. The driver seat was all of the way back. The advisor kind of didn't care about anything after I got into it with him just sat on it. Very unprofessional. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. I know this doesn't give me priority but give me a break. This vehicle only has 13k miles and I take care of my vehicles. I don't get mad easily but they took me to my limit

The young woman who checked me in and took care of the paperwork was rude and incompetent. She asked if I had been here before when I asked for an oil change... said I bought it and several other cars here... She took down my name and phone number just fine... but when they were finished with my car she came out ... didn't recognize me... and was calling for my dead husband. When I asked if she was looking for my last name... she responds "yeah I think so". I said he was dead and that it was mine... she didn't respond. She said they had a couple recommendations for things I could or may need for my car and that she had texted me... I told her I had not received anything and what number did she text it to. She responded with my husband's old number! Why did she even ask ME is she wasn't going to do anything with it??? My husband has been gone for 2 1/2 years... I bought my car there and have been coming there for quite a long time... I have told them in the past that my husband passed and this was the new contact info... I felt like I was unseen and incapable of taking care of anything... this is not the 1950"s! I WILL not be coming back for any reason!

Isaac was very helpful. He was able to get my vehicle serviced fast and make sure to communicate with me along the way being that I had over an hour of travel time.

Every interaction with this dealership has been so much harder than is necessary. There is a whole host of complaints similar to the one I'm about to make on Google reviews so I have no illusions that anything will change. Why make an appointment if it takes hours for your car to be seen even for minor things like a tire rotation. It should not take close to two hours from the time of appointment to handle something like this. Again lots of people seem to have this issue with this dealership and its been acknowledged by the dealership, but nothing changes. So it's either incompetence or flat out a problem that is ignored. Either way the result is the same. Also they failed to re set the tire sensors AGAIN. Don't worry we did it, so glad we got charged 25$. Along with failing to note windshield cracks that were clearly evident so I am not convinced whatever safety walkthrough my car was supposed to get even got done. It's a tire rotation people like... Come on.

Loved the way the salesman did businesses he carried himself as a very up too parrot man. His ability too help service the vehicle even though it had just gotten there ths5 morning. Was thst of a true hero. He made me very conformable as I waited along with my significance woman of which he personally made sure she was taken care of an did have a good seat in waiting area of the air conditioned area.with in the area. It's a salesman that know how too handle a couple that's from out of town an there made too feel at home as a family of the Chevrolet dealership. I was there for 4 hrs again. All I had done was an oil change, tire rotation, and tailgate recall. I dropped it off at 7:30….didnt leave till 11:45. There was oil or something sprayed across my hood, and lower half of my windshield. Again not a good experience.

Our sales rep was Joel and I laid down a few ground rules before we got started. I didn’t want high pressure. I didn’t want to be held hostage. I didn’t wanna spend all day at the dealership…. He had everything ready when I arrived and I spent less than an hour and a half at the dealership. Very pleasant experience and I felt like I got the best deal in the tri-state area. Job well done.

Watch your paint here. They spilled DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) all over the side of my truck and didn't bother cleaning it until I caught it. Even then, they did a poor job and I had to clean it properly myself to prevent paint damage. DEF is essentially a urea solution, it can crystallize and eat into your clear coat if not neutralized immediately.

Well, the work on my truck was great as usual. It failed on customer service in the service department. I was told two hours six hours later. I finally got my truck and I was waiting and it was written on the ticket that I was waiting never got assigned from anyone to explain until I started raising a cane. Then I was told I’ll keep finding out. I’ll keep finding out that’s ridiculous. First time in all these years, that service as far as me waiting has been really bad.

I dropped my vehicle off on February 16, 2025 for repairs. I didn’t get it back until August 13, 2026. I called once a week for an update, each week it was a different story as to why it wasn’t ready. I had to call GM Customer Support to get any resolution.

I got my oil change on 6/19/2026. A few days later my check engine light went one stating I had an issue with my coolant system. I was driving to work the following day and my acceleration decreased and my truck was almost not drivable. I then had to miss the first part of work to make arranagments to get my truck to the dealership. I was informed after dropping it off that the reason for this was because tech who did my oil change forgot to put the coolant cap back on after my oil change. This is extremely upsetting and could have caused serious damage to my vehicle. I am hoping I have no future damage related to this mishap
